We are located on Princess Street between Division Street and Sir John A. MacDonald Blvd. If you are coming from east or west of Kingston, the easiest way to reach us is to follow the 401 to Sir John A MacDonald Blvd.

Take the southbound exit, and then continue along Sir. John A. MacDonald until you reach Princess Street. There is a Loblaws on the Southeast corner of this intersection and the roads intersect at 45 degrees.

You will turn left onto Princess Street. Follow the road past the next main intersection at Bath Road. Drive until you see the Giant Tiger on your left side. Beside the Giant Tiger there is a driveway, a parking lot and a 5 story medical building. We are in the 5 story medical building, and our sign is on a pole in the parking lot.

Please park behind the Giant Tiger and our building in the municipal parking lot.

Some landmarks that might help you locate us are Giant Tiger on the left (north) and the Medical Arts building across from us on the right (south) side of Princess.
