Canadian Pain Coalition General Pain Survey

In order to better understand the needs of Canadians in pain and their caregivers, the Canadian Pain Coalition has developed a short online survey. We kindly request that if you are someone living with pain or a caregiver, please take 10 minutes to complete our survey. The information we collect will help us to make decisions about our future education and support programs, provide appropriate resources in our Pain Resource Centre located on our website, and provide your perspective to government to help improve health policy related to pain care.
