Mindfulness is an 8-week course founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn.  

Mindefulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) provides natural proven methods to help with chronic pain, stres, depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, focus, dementia, PTSD and post concussion syndrome.

Sessions Beginning:

Fall: Thursday Evenings: 6:00-8:00 PM starting September 29th

Winter: Wednesday Afternoons: 12:30-3:00 PM starting January 25th

Spring: Wednesday Afternoons: 12:30-3:00 PM starting April 5th                                                     Thursday Evenings: 6:00-8:30 PM Starting April 6th
