Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine are integrated into the multidisciplinary approach at KOPI. Trained specialists including fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeons are present on site for regular clinics, both for new patient consultation and follow up assessments. The integrated approach helps to streamline patient care and foster communication and collaboration between members of our health care team.

On site orthopaedic surgeons provide regular clinics for new patient assessments and repeat patient follow up. In addition to general orthopaedics, subspecialty focus includes: spine, trauma, adult reconstruction, foot and ankle, hip, among many others.
KOPI offers a regular Sports Medicine Clinic for athletes of all ages and levels as well as individuals who are just trying to remain active. Priority is placed on timely assessments and integrated care. Physician referrals are a necessary step to help streamline care.

Some patients may benefit from injections in and around joints as part of the treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal disorders. Injections may include local anaesthetic, steroid, hyaluronate or platelet rich plasma (PRP). KOPI offers regular injection clinics featuring experienced physicians and fluoroscopic guidance for more complex injections.
